minimi is a free tool that helps manage your data privacy and inbox. It tracks who holds your data, automates requests to access or delete your information, and makes it easy to clean up unwanted emails.
How does minimi track who has my data?
minimi checks your Gmail for company emails—never personal ones—to securely pinpoint who has access to your data.
How long will it take to see results?
Depending on the size of your inbox, the results can take a few minutes to an hour. We’ll notify as soon they’re ready.
What if I don’t have a Gmail account?

Under GDPR, the company must respond within 30 days.
How can I keep track of my request?
In your minimi account go to your Requests page and select a request. You’ll see a complete timeline of your request’s progress.
What happens if the company ignores my request?
If a company doesn’t comply, you have the right to escalate the issue, which can lead to legal action or fines. minimi notifies you when it’s time to take action. With a few clicks, you can authorize minimi to act on your behalf. minimi handles everything and keeps you updated every step of the way.
How does minimi help declutter my inbox?
minimi helps declutter your inbox by showing a complete list of companies that have sent you promotional emails. You can choose to opt out, or roll up these emails, helping you reduce clutter and regain control over your inbox.
What is a roll-up?
Your Roll-up bundles promotional emails into a single weekly summary. You can easily add or remove companies to keep your inbox clear and stay updated on what matters.
Can minimi help me delete emails I don’t want anymore?
When you opt-out or roll up a company’s emails, you can also archive all past emails from them to tidy up your inbox further.
