The sender must be based in the EU, or the email must have been sent to an address located within the EU.

You receive €25 per spam email that applies to the before mentioned criteria. In special cases, such as repeated privacy violations, compensation could be higher.
What should I do if I receive an unwanted email?
Simply forward the unwanted email to spam@getminimi.de. Within just two minutes, you will receive a free, non-binding response from an independent legal service provider. No registration is necessary.
What happens after I submit a spam email?
We check your claim within minutes. If your case is applicable and the sender is from Germany, you get 25€ of compensation right away. From there on, our lawyers handle everything else, enforcing your claim without further effort from you. Possibly, you receive further compensation from the opponent down the line.

Is the minimi service free of charge?
Yes, our service is completely free for you unless your claim is successful. In the event of a successful claim, the legal service provider retains a success fee of 30% (including VAT).
